Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Complete with all original tags, labels, and included accessories

Products that do not meet these conditions (such as items showing signs of wear, washed apparel, or missing tags) may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally non-returnable:

  • Opened, worn, washed, damaged, or altered clothing and footwear products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if:

  • You received the wrong product (e.g., incorrect size, color, or style)

  • An item is missing

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping package and label

  • A short description of the problem

Do not discard the original packaging. We may request additional information to review your claim.

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another suitable solution.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns caused by personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Refunds

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges because product availability may change. If you need a different size or product, please request a return where eligible and place a new order separately.
